David Duchovny, star of The X-Files, Californication (and honourable mention for Twin Peaks) is also a musician, releasing two albums in the last three years after picking the guitar up relatively late in life. He brought his music to Thirroul, playing at Anita's Theatre, and took a break after soundcheck and a 150-strong VIP meet and greet to chat to me, Deep Throat-style, in the back of a van on the way to a secret location (his hotel).
