Opening in theaters on February 14th, 2024, ADAM THE FIRST features David Duchovny portraying James, who is raising Adam (Oakes Fegley). When the boy is old enough to understand, James tells him he’s not his biological father. As Adam gets to be a teenager, his education is mostly about survival, as James keeps him off the grid in trailer in the woods. When the past catches up with them, Adam has to make his escape, but not before learning that three men named Jacob could possibly be his real father.
